Open Mouth is Hamburg Tourismus’ event series that brings well-known chefs to Hamburg. This time Max Strohe was the guest, serving butter burgers at Klinker, paired with selected wines. Klinker was packed.

Hamburg Tourismus booked us for it: we photographed live on site, from the pass and the kitchen to the guests, and afterwards cut a documentary event film that captures the mood of the day.
