Margaux meets IKO at Hof Pente: for the joint dinner of chefs Tom Elstermeier and Frederic Rumpenhorst, we were there all day, from the first prep in the kitchen and plating to the long evening at the table in the courtyard.
The result is a documentary that captures the vibe of this special evening: two creative chefs, their team, the guests and a farm that becomes a stage. At the same time we photographed the event, reportage photos from the whole day and food photos of the dishes.
For us, documentary means staying close to people, staging nothing and telling what makes a moment like this special.
