Marketing Osnabrück x Skilled Workers Campaign

Skilled workers for Osnabrück: for the skilled workers campaign by Marketing Osnabrück, the city’s marketing company, we produced recruiting videos together with the agency MUUUH!. At the centre are people who work in Osnabrück, at HHO, Piepenbrock and Sparkasse, talking about what makes their job and the city special to them.

We shot vertical interviews for social media on a custom-built set in the campaign’s look. Lights, camera and framing were worked out in advance in a 3D shoot plan, so every move was in place on the day and all protagonists look like they belong together.

The photos for the campaign motifs also come from the same shoot, under the motto “That’s how we do it in Osnabrück.”
